If I was having twin girls they'd be Arwen and Elaeth but I really like unusual names.
If I had a Lilly and was having twins I avoid other flower names (like Iris and Rose).
I'd also try to stick to names with around the same number of letters (both to Lilly and to each other). And try not to be twinny.

My twin girls are Siona Jeannene and Katherine Elenor. I also like Nicolette and Jaqueline for twin girls. You can call them Niki and Jackie. Alexandra and Andrea are cute if you want them to start with the same letter.
