I mean sure he does performances but not frequently. Are they bringing him back or is it because he's still active in the WWE?

Stone Cold had a serious neck injury and will never wrestle again. He makes occasional appearances because fans still like him and the WWE's ratings have been relatively poor for over a year.

I think it is because he makes his apperences somtimes on Raw... i am hoping he will make some sort of comback but not to fued with Santino that would be a waste of time witch i think would be the point.. but anywaiiz I think it is because he is still under contract with Raw...

He is still under contract with WWE and he will be making a few appearances now and again but he is hoping to make more movies under the WWE.

I don't know if he's coming back or not, but I'm guessing it's for advertising purposes for The Condemned (however you spell it xD)
WWE has people from movies every so often on the roster, like one time I saw Nacho Libre up there and 300 =]

He's on the raw roster coz he's still sign to a contract with the WWE.

The WWE has kept Austin on and at times left others on after they should have been taken off. They do that because they do not have enough major stars around now so I guess they think it looks better to have them on the superstar pages.

He is still under contract with them and will be doing more movies. He does appearances and performs on the show as needed. He cannot wrestle due to many neck and spine injuries. If it were not for that, you would see him performing more often.
