I love real trees due to the great smell. Last year my mom switched to a fake tree and my little sister freaked out! I think it's rather cute though, it spins around so you can see all the decorations, not just the ones in the front.
Merry Christmas!

I like real trees because of the smell it have. I tried a fake tree and i didn't like it. Even though it was all decorated up, i feel so much better when its real.

I have a fake tree that has built in lights, so I don't have to worry about stinging the lights on it. I love decorating my tree because I have a bunch of home- made ornaments from when I was I little kid. I haven't set it up though, but I'm planning on setting it up soon!

Fake, and I love it. I used to swear by real trees, but we never have to worry about watering it, needles falling off, or anything like that. We just bought a pre-lit tree last year and it is even better because we don't have to string the lights anymore.

We always have a real one....and I think I prefer it that way. I have always loved the smell of the Christmas tree....it is one of my favourite things associated with Christmas. I used to love helping with the decorating....but these days, I usually leave that for other people.

We only get a tree because our kid likes to do the whole decorating thing. (Frankly, I'm opposed to the whole mass marketing of Christmas, but the social pressure is too much, especially when you have a kid who might kill you in your sleep if she doesn't get a tree to decorate!)
We get a small potted one (Norfolk, Stone Pine, Rosemary, etc.) and put miniature decorations on it. Then, when the holiday is over, we put the potted tree out on the porch and try not to kill it. :-)

It is real. We are going to cut off the top of a shrub out in the yard this year. It is getting out of hand and it will make a dandy Christmas tree. But it is way too soon to put it up now. Not til after Thanksgiving, at least.

We have been getting a real tree for the pass 43 years, but it's getting to hard to get them in the house and cleaning up after we take it out. We are going to look at some artificial ones soon.
