The atty I work for does a Last Will and Testament for about $100 and if you do the Will, Living Will and Power of Attorney papers all together they give you a break and do it for about $175 or so. If you don’t have a very complicated Will or just want to have a Living Will for no resuscitation or to make sure you arent kept alive on life support you could get the papers on line or from a Library for cheaper tho.

You don't need an attorney. Just get the form, and have it notarized. Probably $ 10.00 or so. Even having it notarized is not really necessary.

More than it needs to cost.

Get will maker software and follow the directions for your state. It is all you really need, unless you are a millionaire, in which case, hire a lawyer.
