Please, people, stay out of the shops on Black Friday. And those of you who shop on Thanksgiving (apart from those with exceptional needs) shame on you! No one wants to have to work on Thanksgiving, but as long as people flock to the shops, then greedy merchants are going to force their employees to come to work when they'd rather be home with their families.

I have never been able to go out very early in the morning to shop because I worked retail for the past two years while I was 16 and 17, and I always had to be at work at 6 a.m. on that day. When I was 17 I went out later in the day to do some shopping, but I think the rush had died down. I might try it this black Friday, but I have absolutely no money either - don't worry! I'll have to use my credit card =/ The good thing is that items are cheaper on this day because of all the sales, so you don't need as much money =)
The thing I find ironic is that every time I asked someone if they shop on black Friday they all say, "Oh my God - I would never." This leaves me at a loss, because there are SO many people that do. I don't know where they all hide until then!

i did only 1 time and that was the last, went to 1 store to
buy something specific. 1 was standing in line to pay and
this lady walked by and damn near knocked the box out of
my hands (it was a barbie house for my neice). she didn't
apologize or anything. i was so mad.....

Not me I'll stay home, crazy people are out this day so I've heard,....they drive like bats out of hell and they get mean who needs that !!! I'm giving gift cards because that's what they want.

i enjoy black Friday. to a point. when there are rude, ignorant people who are really obnoxious, its not fun. but you can get great deals!
