Try freewriting. Take a word, quote, etc. Something very simple and just start writing about what that makes you think about. Write about what those things make you think about and so on. Just write. It will come.

NaNoWriMo? I had to give it up. Sad times. Maybe next year.
My professor in college always offered this advice for writer's block: burn something.
Okay, I never actually took that advice. But something catastrophic usually gets the ball rolling. Alternatively, try working on something else. Whenever I got writer's block trying to finish an assignment, I'd take a break and play computer games. It re-focusses your brain on something else and you'll come back to the task at hand refreshed.

May be you got some cute guy on your mind. Find that song that can get you in the mood. What you write comes from with in. Sometimes you have to dig to find it.
I love you I hope I'm not your distraction, if so tell me what I need to do.

Walk away from it for awhile. Get your mind off of it and relax. Listen to some music and chill out. Then start refreshed.

Forget about writing... and go out and do something you like to do.
When the ideas start coming to you, get back to work.
