My friend is having two girls and she's thinking something along the lines of Bailey and Brenna, any other suggestions?

Congratulations to your friend! I like both of the names Bailey and Brenna, but many child care specialists recommend giving twins names that do not sound alike to encourage the formation of their separate identities early. Since Bailey and Brenna each start with the letter "B," maybe she should consider giving one of the twins a name that starts with a different letter. Here are some other name combinations I like:
-Bailey and Ava
-Bailey and Carina
-Brenna and Lily
-Brenna and Delilah

Best of luck! :)

I like Bailey and Brenna, I would just wonder if Bailey would feel less feminine since her name is much more masculine than her sister's.

Some other options:
Jenna and Jessa
Raina and Renee
Cadence and Carissa
Ashlyn and Avery
Brenna and Bianca

I would strongly suggest picking names that she likes separately instead of choosing matchy names.

How about:
Brenna and Fiona
Bailey and Jennifer
Brenna and Daphne
Eleanor and Lucy
