I have registered and will be using it for a site involve music, video, tv sharing and social networking in a new advanced way.
I would like your opinion on this name, is it good or bad and what does it associate with to you?

It doesn't make sense to me. You shouldn't have been able to register it without linking the letters o_k_u_t or something. But whatever way you look at it doesn't ring a bell for music or TV or anything.
