She is many years younger than me, and Im not sure what to do. She is into digy stuff, like ipods and labtops, and Im on a budget of $150. She also loves the little things, like make up or clothes, or shoes, but this is her 13th birthday, and for my 13th birthday, none of the stuff she likes was even in style.

ohh love this question!!get her a shirt and pants or a skirt.and since ur best freinds you could get her a neclace that says bff or stuuuf related to that . you could gett her a makeup kitt with a bff neclace. or an outfit like shirt pants shoes . since shes 1 yr older preeteen to teen get her something she could get since shes 13 .hope i helped and have fun at her bday!

Well my friend told me that the new ipod nanos are $199.99 dollars or so! so thats over your budget. You could get her a PSP or Nintendo DS and some games to go with them. Or you could buy her some clothes from aeropostale, hollister, abercrombie and fitch, american eagle, pacsun, or whateva stores she likes. Im thirteen and all my friends are too and these are the stores we shop at. It may have not have been in style when u were thirteen but now it is, so if she likes the electronic stuff go right ahead and buy her some stuff.!! Good luck

Here are a few suggestions for a 13 year old:
- gift card and a cute purse from fave store
-dress
-surprise party
-perfume and make up
-a trip for you and her to get manicures and pedicures
-road trip u n her
-money never fails
-complete outfit (jeans, shirt, coat and if you have money to spare a purse or shoes)
