What about a 'System Restore' -- you can go back days, weeks, months, etc.?

In some cases you can make system restore disks using windows. You will need to have the restore disks, and you will need the drivers. Slap an install disk in the drive and follow the onsceen instructions. yiou want to format the drive. You don't need YOUR windows disk, as long as you have A windows disk. Your product key (usually on a sticker) is all you need to be legit. get ANY install disk of the same type as your install. (xp home if you have home or Pro if you have pro etc..) drivers are another thing entirely, you may need to download those from the manufacturer's website.

no longer even close. It has a variety of of RAM, notwithstanding the video card is amazingly weak. no longer many laptops obtainable can play the optimal-end video games, have you ever considered a private computer? when you're set on a laptop, attempt to search for 4GB+ of RAM and a minimum of an ATi 4800 or nVidia 9700 sequence video card.
