Porcupine Tree?

Question

Their song....Fear Of A Blank Planet....... it's a top track musically, the film clip is pretty full on, and the lyrics are really deep and thought provoking.
When I hear it, I can't help but like it, but then I concentrate on the words....it leaves me feeling a bit melancholy, sort of sad and lucky at the same time.
I kinda like that a songs lyrics make me feel and think.
What do think about the song?

Fear of a Blank Planet is a pretty good song, but it pales in comparison to most other Porcupine Trees. It's definetly easier to like than most Porcupine Trees, but overall, Porcupine Tree has much better songs. And also much more depressing songs..... Porcupine Tree is a band that really forced you to thing, try Arriving Somewhere But Not Here

I love it, but the video makes it even better. That song is something with real meaning. I love the lyric "The xbox is a god to me. My finger on the switch, my mother is a b*tch my father gave up ever talking to me."

I've only heard like four or five Porcupine Tree songs, but they're great.

yeah, i agree
the song makes me sort of depressed, yet it makes me think. the video for it adds to the effect of the song. also try the song sentimental. its really good.
