It isn't a matter if I think he "will" or "won't" be guilty. He either is or isn't RIGHT NOW. The question should be will he be FOUND guilty. So, since you're a complete moron I will keep my answer to myself.

Barry Bonds IS guilty. The question is, will the jury find him guilty? Whatever happens, we all know the truth.

99 percent of all federal indictments resulted in a conviction between 2000 and 2005.

I agree with Adil H. Perjury is very difficult to prove and I would not be surprised if he is acquitted. However, in the court of public opinion, he and McGwire and Sosa and Palmiero and the rest of them will always be suspect. Also, I doubt Selig will do much. He already gave Giambi a free pass.

No he will not be guilty because perjury charges are very hard to prove. The government has been trying to get this guy for years. Don't you think they have something better to do like get those "terrorists"

He IS guility and he SHOULD be found guilty. Guilty people shouldn't get away with what they've done and hopefully he won't.
