You may not know this but I am a person who is interested in the paranormal. First off I am glad that you actually believe in ghosts because they are actually real creatures. The theory of ghosts existing in the world contradicts the fact that people have seen demons and spirits in the stories of the Bible. Anyway, I would say that being a ghost would be a very depressing state to be in. If you die and you turn into a ghost, then you are being sentenced by God to live an afterlife of misery. That is one theory of mine. Another case could be that you did not finish looking for something on Earth and that your afterlife continues to search for that person or thing you are looking for. The way I look at it, being a ghost is a state of mind that will be impossible to escape from once sentenced to becoming a ghost. So basically if you are a ghost in your afterlife you will stay that way forever. Try to trust in God now in your life, so that you will have a happy afterlife with God himself.
