Any number of ways; It is an atom in the sugar molecule, it is a part of the atmosphere that we breath (although i dont think it is diffused into the blood), it is an atom in the water molecule that we drink. Really there is alot of ways hydrogen gets into the body.

Water, as you no doubt know, is 2 molecules of hydrogen to one of oxygen (H2O). Therefore when we take water into our bodies, it includes hydrogen. This can be in the form of drinking water, or breathing in water vapour from the air. Hope this helps.
