I know it isnt healthy, but I bottle my emotions up. Its easier...
But then some little thing will cause everything to bubble over, and I look like an emotional wreck. Yet I look cold hearted, for not crying when something tragic happens.

I try my best to keep them locked up, but sometimes it is just too hard. I hate showing my emotions, and people asking what's wrong, as if they really want to know.

I usually keep them locked up, and then I have breakdowns. I have cried for at least 3 hours strait for the last 4 days, because I have been having breakdowns.

I try to keep them locked up. I'll put on a front to make it seem like I'm happy and together until I can get to a place where they finally spill out.

Depends on the situation.... I tend to do a little of both. When I lock feelings up, they tend to explode when I least expect them to. So holding them in isn't a good idea.....

That depends on whether a person is male or female. Most males hide emotions and most females show emotions. If their both then tat's another story.
