Turkey sandwich is first. It has protein with minimal fat. Peanut Butter is next as it has protein and peanuts have some healthy properties. Tuna is last because although tuna is healthy, the mayo it is slathered in is not. No matter which sandwich you choose, try it on grain bread and add veggies or fruit if possible (e.g., turkey with lettuce and tomato, PB with banana).

Probably the tuna: full of omega three, not fatty nice and healthy
The Turkey is also very healthy, the peanut butter is fatty I'm afraid.

i think that the tuna one would be as tuna is low fat but a good source of protean and omega 3
peanut butter is quite fatty
the turkey one should be quite
as turkey is a lean meat

Depends on how much mayo, mustard, lettuce and stuff you put on it. And the type of bread. I'd go with the tuna though.
