I know how to defeat Real Arcades Trails of all there games. This does not entail the modification of any files and just exposes a dumb vulnerability that they have overlooked. Now the question is, is it legal to offer to sell this info to Real or others or does this fall under blackmail or something of that nature?
Please let me know.

It is not blackmail, if you not threaten to release the information. Here is the definition for Princeton Law...
Exert pressure on someone through threats.
Extortion of money by threats to divulge discrediting information.
Obtain through threats.

It's legal to offer the information to them. It's NOT legal to threaten to make it public and harm their business if they turn your offer down.

Its legal to offer to sell them the info if you do not threaten them with disclosing it if they refuse to buy.
