The best source is US Lacrosse. If you're near Baltimore stop in and get copies for all levels of play: high school, college, pro mens or womens. They are located on the corner of the Johns Hopkins University right next to Homewood field. There is a really great book also Lacrosse: Technique and Tradition. There are two versions the first by Bob Scott and the second updated version by Dave Pietramala. The US Lacrosse site www.uslacrosse.org also is a good resource. I have always heard that the rules for high school follow the NCAA regs but with the playing time being different.
