Same thing happened to WCW. That could be a bad thing. During the Attitude Era, Eric Bishoff and WCW took WWF/E's wrestlers. WWF/E just recruited new wrestlers. I've heard this statement on some of my WWE DVD's. In the battle of WWF vs WCW, WWE won and bought out WCW when they were bankrupt. TNA needs to learn from WCW's mistake.

TNA is not taking all former wwe wrestlers. They might bring some of the lesser people in for a few shows but thats all. I'm sorry but someone like Booker Tna is going to help TNA. If they could get RVD that would help them. Christian was a good pick up and so was Kurt Angle.
I think TNA is doing fine. They never expected to over take the wwe over night if ever. I think as long as TNA keeps putting on better matches then the wwe they will be fine.

The only reason that the that I can see for the not because of bankruptcy, but because Ted Turner wanted to get out of wrestling. The Nilson ratings places the WCW over the WWF for three years in a row. Vince made Turner an offer and the reason for the demise of the wcw was because Vince simply bought the competition. As far as the NWO that was a wcw gimmick that was a complete failure in a lot of peoples eyes, Back in the 70's and early 80's we had the NWA not to be confused with the NWO which was also owned by Ted Turner when he owned Turner Broadcasting System and it was his baby then this was back in the time when wwe and wrestling as a national past-time was just getting started real well. AT the time Vince was still wet behind the ears and his dad was in charge of the company. Some of you guys need to really talk to some old wrestling fans that have been around and quit believing all; of the propaganda Vince puts out.

all the stars there ''stealing'' WWE stole their selves from other companies, whats the difference?nothing

even the ''savior'' J2Y is stolen from WCW

Personally I think TNA is a great show,,,Vince would get pretty lame without competition

How does starting over help them more than what they currently have? That's a bad idea.
