Well the income tax didn't start until 1913. Dems were in charge then, during, WWI, during WWII, during the Korean War and the start of the Vietnam War (and Nixon was more like a dem, so no to the latter half of that war), so they wouldn't have proposed lower taxes. The Gulf War in the 90s was not long enough to have a tax cut passed. So, yes, I think you're right.

Not really. But Bush is the first president-mass murderer because of him over one (1) million of Iraqi civilians like men, women and children are dead.

Don't know but it damn sure worked. It totally killed the "Clinton recession" that was taking hold in late 2000.
