There is a huge used car dealer up there. But my husband got a 2006, Impala which is a great car for 12k at the Saturn dealer in Haverhill, MA. Exit 48 off of 495. Get off of the exit, go to end, take a left towards Haverhill and the Saturn dealer is on your left.
They have top line used cars and are a pleasure to deal with before and after the purchase.

The best used car dealership anywhere is Car Max. They have them all over the country.
