would you normally expect ∆H° to be positive or negative for a voltaic cell? Justify your answer.

If the cell works, then DeltaG is negative under the cell conditions. if you can neglect concentration effects, this means that DeltaG0 is negative, and if (an even bigger if) you can neglect entropy effects, that tells you the sign of DeltaH0.

However, I find these to be very questionable assumptions, and unless you make them you are not really in a position to say anything.
