Off the top of my head, I would guess all Constitutional Amendments have been mentioned in at least one Supreme Court Case.

The First and Fourteenth Amendments are probably mentioned most often.

The question makes no sense. I doubt that there's a single Amendment to the Constitution that hasn't been involved in some Supreme Court case. What exactly are you trying to ask? Have you ever read the Constitution? Or even the Bill of Rights? (Do you know which Amendments are included in the Bill of Rights?)
