The incident where RVD and Sabu were pulled over happened in July of 2006. They were fined and served no jail time.
Sabu was released from WWE in May of this year because he was expressing displeasure at how he was being used. He is currently working the independent scene and has expressed interest in TNA (although they have said they currently have no place for him).
