My dad was out to lunch with his work (I believe at Outback Steakhouse) and they had ordered their food and everything and were done eating. They were just waiting for the check. Well, the waiter hadn't been seen for like 15 minutes. So, my dad being my dad, finds their phone number on the menu and calls the lady up at the front of the restaurant. They can see her pick up the phone. My dad says "Hey, we're in the back of the restaurant and we're waiting for our waiter to bring our check, but we haven't seen her for 15 minutes. Can you send someone with it please?" and then the lady turns to the back of the restaurant and my dad waves at her. I wish he got it on video, it would've been great.

OMG, I still get queasy thinking about this... I was on a date at a really nice restaurant several years ago with this great guy (a nice looking and very sexy man - with money, I might add!). The ambience was superbly romantic, and it looked promising to be the "perfect" date...we had finished our appetizers, ordered our meals, and were sipping our drinks while engaged in great conversation... ...When suddenly... ... this elderly couple was seated directly across the aisle from us - they were maybe in their 70's. The gentleman had obviously been ill with some type of respiratory illness, because he constantly kept coughing and coughing and coughing. His cough was not dry though, it was VERY productive (I would've sworn he hacked up several pieces of lung in the process) and we couldn't avoid being wthin earshot of the whole episode. Ugh! Needless to say, we totally lost our appetites - and my date actually had to put his hand over his mouth a couple times and quickly move away to avoid puking, himself, as a result of the horrendous sound the elderly man was making. Unfortunately, there was nowhere else to be seated, so we left - without dinner. Ew! So disgusting. We didn't have to pay though...but the incident definitely ruined "the mood."

I was in that restaurant with my parents and my 3 siblings. My 2 sisters who were 3 and 1 years old then, made a lot of noise and everyone there were talking about us! It was so embarassing!

The food was horrible and to top it off, there was a cockroach right behind me. Funny thing was that it was a Mexican restaurant and La Cucaracha was playing when I saw the roach.

I got a meal with a bitten off fingernail once; and a couple strands of hair. It was the worst ever; I almost puked everywhere.

Four months ago, my mom and I went to Applebee's near our home. I really don't like Applebee's, but my mom wanted to go so I obliged. Anyway, I ordered a buttermilk shrimp platter, and it was $10.99. Well it should've been $4 because it was terrible. I was pissed. I'm never going back. I don't know what keeps that Applebee's in business, but their food sucks.

At a KFC near my home I noticed a tiny black speck in my ice cube. So, I took it out to look and found a white pulpy larvae frozen inside. It had little black eyes and everything. Needless to say, I never ate there again. GROSS.
