make with only the following items and how can you generate
a cash flow from this building (or buildings)?

Add carports and/or covered patios to your own existing rentals and charge more in rent for them because of it.
Or, if you can add doors to your list, build a rent-able storage facility on your property and create cash flow that way. Without doors I think your stuck to carports, patios, and port-a-coucher's (covered drop-off areas). Good luck! How do I get my points? : )

You can build a 4 sided brick building, with an opening large enough to fit a fork lift in it. Put all the roofing materials inside. You don't need a roof on the building, because who cares if the roofing materials get wet. Now, to generate income, sell the roofing materials.

Nothing. Without sand for the cement you cannot mortar the bricks or pour a foundation. Without sheathing, there cannot be any roof structure. No joists either? Forget it.
The only thing that can be done is sell the material and buy what building materials you'll need.

When you say cement I assume you mean mortar for the bricks. All you can really build is a storage building but it would not have doors. It would have to be open on one side.
