I would love to work with movies and behind the scene in set. Maybe almost organizing where people should be on the set and meeting the actors. Please help...

If you have good upper-body strength, the simplest job you can do is be the boom-mic holder.
There are hundreds of jobs to do. From hair/costume/makeup to camera men to set designers to editors to directors to everything.

director, assistant director, director's personal assistant.
i think you could be a p.a.
otherwise you might need to study film theory
or just make your own movies write your own scripts.
