I beg to differ. The percentage of "racists" Gov Employees only mirror the percentage of racists people in any given area.

I don't think government employees are more racist than anyone else, percentage wise but I think some of them are in a position to act on it more than others.
A story: When I taught ESL in North Carolina, all the Asian students knew that if they wanted to get a driver's license, they had to avoid a certain woman at the DMV. They all knew it (none of us did) because the woman had been rude, insulting and had turned some down flat. They would go to another branch of the DMV and sail right through.
So, as Chi Guy said, they just reflect the society but have a bit more power.

You'll have to provide specifics. I know government employees, and they aren't racist.
Chew on this lyric from Talking Heads:
Some civil servants are just like my loved ones;
They work so hard and they try to be strong.

they are trained to 'profile'. Maybe if they stopped asking what color we are, racism would cease to exist. The only difference between humans is male and female. We all KNOW, they dont think alike!

Government employees feel that they are very powerful and it is the reason that they are racists.

Racism is
SO old.
Rise above it.
In twenty years we'll all be the same color anyway...
