Come on..whos with me... who chews or picks thier fingers? Im not sure what it is but i do it ALL the time. i am always tellign myself "okay, you're done you sicko".... and do okay for about a day but then i notice a finger or two torn up or sometimes bleeding and i think " WHAT THE?? WHEN did i do THAT?
Haha. i swear.. im outta my mind... please tell me others have my problem???
any other habits you have that you just cant stop doing???

I don't mess w/ my nails. Do you know how many germs are under your nails?????
I like picking scabs. Sounds gross but I'm really addicted to it. My mom is too. I wonder if it's genetic?

I used to bite my nails the way that you do,
It bugged me soo much!
I'd not bite them and decide to quit,
then I'd pause,
and find myself biting my nails,
!!
What finally made me quit was this:
I wear hair ties around my wrist 24/7,
I never take them off,
so every time I caught myself with my fingers in my mouth,
I'd snap the hair tie against my wrist,
just enough so it'd be annoyance,
and then I painted my nails.
Took about 2 months,
but I don't bite my nails anymore.

A friend of mine told me he bit his fingernails for 20+ years, when one day a beautiful woman he was just starting to date took his hand to hold it, looked at it, and said; "Oh, you bite your fingernails." That did it for him. Cold Turkey. LOL.

omg. i hate it. im trying to break the habbit. its really hard not tho. but if im nervous i dont evenm realize im biting fingers. haha i feel like a cannibal xD

I don't chew my nails but my mom does... I have this wierd habit of arranging stuff...books on a shelf, etc...

yeah i do that too that. but not that bad. you know theres this clear nail polish oyu can put on your fingernails that tastes bad so you won't bite them. you can probably get it at a drug store. or just a grocery store.

OMG! i do that all the time!
Sometimes I have picked on a finger (unknowingly), and have gotten infections! (Green pus...eeew!)
