Sir Kiffin Williams, the Welsh painter, who died a year ago was an epileptic and only became a painter because of his disability otherwise he would have done something like run the family estate.
Also there is a Company called the "Mouth and Foot Painters" and they do sensational stuff which they turn out as Christmas and Greetings cards. Take a look at their web site and consider buying Christmas cards from them. www.mfpa.co.uk

As for statues - most are disabled through damage - go to the British Museum.

A quick Google or other online search for "Artist with disabilities," or "disabled artist" should yeild you plenty of sites describing many such artists.

By the way, the "Venus de Milo was a statue, unearthed from an anceint ruin. It was not created without arms, but was uncovered in a damaged condition.

However, many sculptors create armless and legless "torsos" as an exercise in that part of the anatomy.

The obvious is the Venus De Milo -- But it wasn't about a woman with no arms. As for disabled artists. If you could music, there are plenty especially among the blind. Ray Charles, Stevie Wonder and Ronnie Milsap all spring to mind.
