Are there any great sites for setting up an aquarium? in the meantime, how do you syphon out the water when cleaning? when i was a kid i used to suck the water to get it started, and then it would work, but it was messy, and i would end up with a mouthful of dirty water.

http://www.fishlesscycling.com/ is a great site for all things aquatic from maintenance, to freshwater fish, saltwater fish, plants, corals, and really, anything you might put in your aquarium... With a bucket and a siphon, it is very easy to get water flowing by using this simple method : http://www.fishlesscycling.com/articles/how_to_use_a_common_siphon.html
