There is some controversy about this, but, you CAN wash your keyboard in soapy water.

Of course, you must disconnect the keyboard from the computer. You should, then, be able to soak it for a while in a solution of water and dish detergent. After a half hour, or so, of soaking and swirling it around, take it out, rinse it, and let it dry, face down for a while. I recommend at least a day or two.

You must make sure it is absolutely dry before plugging it back in. It should work fine, as long as it is well rinsed and completely dry.

This only works for keyboards that are separate from the rest of your system. DO NOT TRY THIS WITH A LAPTOP!

I have a keyboard with a laptop style to it, with all the flat keys and such, and I spilled some kool-aid on it and it was sticking as well. Your best solution would be to pretty much get some damp paper towels or cloth and, with the computer off and probably even take the battery out, take off all the keys that stick and clean them as well as the area they sit at. It would probably just be better to go ahead and clean the rest of them as well if you have to do a lot.

Clean your keys with slightly damp Q Tips. If they continue to stick, you'll need to buy a new keyboard. They are very inexpensive.
