if you have the model number or serial number I could help you look it up on the net. There are some sites that all they do is have manuals for different things. Don't let other people try and discourage you. I have a 1952 Sewmor and I found the manual on eBay. And as of now the machine is in perfect working condition. I love to hand my family and friends stuff i make then tell them it was made on a machine that is older than they are.

If this machine was made in 1867, you probably won't be able to find anything.....however, if this is a model #1867, then perhaps you can find one by running an internet search for it.....I found one for an old (but not ancient) Singer I had and found that one online. Good Luck

Take ir for a cleaning and tune up. It will need that anyway. If you are lucky and the repair person is an old Grampy, he will know all the ins and outs of the machine and you can take notes while he shows you.
