It depends on your definition of healthy.
Without the dressings, the salads can be lo-cal...
(remember chicken, almonds, etc add calories)
But the greens themselves are mostly iceberg, which is devoid of nutrients. (better to eat salads of dark greens like spinch, romaine, etc to get nutrients)
The chicken is not fresh, nor organic white meat cut, so fillers and solium may be high.
But if you are in a hurry for lunch and have no other choices, salads are better than not.

The dressing does add calories.. but last time I looked on the back of a tray sheet, it was only about 60 calories, for balsamic vinegarrete. However, ranch is very fatty, at about 200 calories. Either way, it's still better than a number one. :)

As healthy as any salad can be. If the ingredients are handled safely and the produce isnt tained like the spinach recall.

There's not a whole lot of ways to fatten up salad...even McDonalds gets that one right.

Probably not. Watch the film "Super-Size Me". It scared me off of eating anything at all from McDonald's. It's what they put on it to keep it "fresh". The lettuce they use has almost no nutritional value, and the cheese . . . I have an ex-brother-in-law who worked at a place that made the cheese and other milk products for them (and other places). When he told me what was in it (plastic) I stopped eating cheese in restaurants.

I don't see why not... as long as it's not the salad with chicken strips on top.
