Yah hi.
OK, this may sound a little dickish - but - we kinda could use a little more information here. There's two types of reflections - diffuse (scattered light), and specular (like from a mirror).
It all depends on what type of reflection you desire. If you want specularly reflected light - any polished surface will do - glass, metal, plastic...
What do you desire in your reflected light? Do you need to maintain beam shape? If so, only a flat surface will do this.
There's many details left ambiguous here, and future posters may well benefit from some additional details.

Everything reflects light, exept something painted or coated matte black.

Reflected light is how we see objects.

I realize that you meant reflections, such as being able to see yourself, reflected in an object. The answer to your question is that ANYTHING smooth and shiny will reflect an image, such as glass, glossy coated metal, tableware, etc.
