didida is correct. frayfray's PEMDAS is helpful too but she is incorrect in the "E". E is for exponent, not equation.

They both come first. If there is more than 1 of multiplication and/or division, they are done in the order from right to left. It doesn't matter whether it is multiplication or division, just go from left to right.

since division can always be written as multiplication, they are basically the same thing. so it doesnt matter which comes first.
for example:
7/10 is equal to 7*(0.1)
n/a is equal to n*(1/a)
same goes for addition and subtraction (subtraction is just add the opposite).
