Kickboxing, I was a muay thai kickboxer and that by far was the best workout. You have to find an sifu who trains in the old ways though with medicine balls and such

For me, it's definitely Yoga. It's natural and it ALWAYS de-stresses me. Cycling is good too. I WAS thinking about taking some sort of Kickboxing class, just to get the deep seated frustration and anger out of myself.

It's up to you. Kickboxing is more intense but will help with cardio and be a way of getting any frustrations out. Yoga is more like meditation + can help with flexibility.
