So, we all know Stacy Peterson, a Bolingbrook wife and mother is missing. What was she doing with a man 30 yrs. her senior, and how long were they married? Can someone please elaborate?

{peace}

Maybe she wanted a mature man. She was w/ him since she was 17. I believe they were married for 4 years.

He was a cop, she was a motel clerk. She was impressed by the man in uniform who paid so much attention to her. Her mother ran away and was never heard from again (even to this day) when Stacy was 15. She met Drew when she was 17.

To answer the question of when they were married, October 17th would have been their 4 year anniversary according to the email she sent a friend that said:
▲as i mature with age i am finding that the relationship i am in is controlling, manipulative and some what abusive," she wrote in the e-mail dated Oct. 17. ". . . tomorrow is our 4 year anniversary and I am not as excited as the years that have past.▲

There are many happy marriages where there is a significant number of years between the couple. But there is also no doubt that some women (unconsciously) are looking for a father figure for a husband. At the same time, there is also no doubt that some men look for women much junior to them...especially if they are passive and easily manipulated. Don't know Stacy Peterson, so I don't know how this applies to her marriage. It is very sad.

I've searched through a lot of the sites and cant find out how long she and her husband were married. They were together because older men feel they can dominate much younger women. Persoanlly, I'd think twice about getting married to any man who had already been married 3 times before. He no doubt offered her security and the option of not having to go out and work. Now they're looking into how his third wife died. Red light red light. Unfortunately, she is probably dead and buried somewhere. When will women learn to think before they make the plunge? It's not all about money and a place to live. We place so much emphasis on the wedding and so very little on the marriage.
