I believe your toilet has been leaking cause the floor to rot out under the toilet. You need to take up the toilet cut out the rotten floor boards and replace them. Install new flooring and reset the toilet using a wax seal. Good luck!

Chances are your floor is rotten. First of all make sure you find out if you have a leak which may have caused the floor to rotten, if so fix it first. Replace the floor and replace your toilet cause it may have a crack in it. Don't forget to replace the wax seal before reinstalling your toilet. Good luck!

You need to pull the toilet up and put it in the garage until you get this fixed (assuming you have another bathroom). Then you need to pull up the underlayment (plywood or whatever it is) so you can inspect what's going on. Then, based on what you find, either repair it yourself or if its rotten floor joists you may want to call a contractor. But I would definitely get the toilet out ASAP.
I have seen them fall through the ceiling (I am not kidding!!)

You need a builder, and then may be a plumber once your floor in fixed.
You may have bigger problems if your toilet is falling through the floor.
IT COULD BE STRUCTURAL - that might be expensive

You need a good carpenter to repair the broken supports under your floor, then replace the subfloor, the floor and reset your commode. You have a mess there, hope it isn't over a basement. Ouch!
