Hi. Here in England we call Walmart "asda". The Walmart company bought our asda a few years ago, but mainly kept with the original name except in superstores which are called walmart at asda.

Yep. ASDA... WalMart bought them after their failure to do well in Germany. ASDA has leveraged their supply chain system for awhile. Lately, there's increasing pressure to become more "WalMart" like....

ASDA,im not sure but i think BIG W/WOOLWORTHS is also part of the walmart conglomerate.
