How much are you up? What is acceptable?

I've been about even over the last 12 months, and it is driving my crazy. Better than being down I guess.

I'm up 6 3/4% ytd. This is with a 65/25/10 allocation. What is acceptable?? I guess that would depend on your allocation.

Just over 4%. I'm up about 20% but most of that is due to investments in foreign markets, especially Eastern Europe and Southeast Asia. I think that as long as you are matching or slightly beating the markets as a whole, you are doing just fine. If you are consistently lagging the markets you may want to refine your investment strategies.
