whenever i'm sad or depressed i'm nice to people because i need them for comfort or support, but when i feel great i turn into a *****, i think because i develop a sort of 'i don't need anybody, i'm everything and everybody by myself' mentality.
is that normal? it's hurting my relationships. (because i treat poeple like crap when i'm happy)

Terrible terrible behaviour, these type of people actually ruined my youth...imagine being a person with poor social skills...I used to get very depressed when I liked or admired someone and this person treated me like crap: I used to think about them all day and think "Why do they have to do like this? Have I done something wrong?"
Always be nice...always be more mature than what you are...
be humble...remember that the people you have in front ALSO have feelings...

Don't use your nice side just to get what you want. And get rid of that "I'm better" attitude. You see that it hurts your relationships, so just stop doing it. It's not going to kill you to be nice to people "just because".

You take pple for granted and one day you will find yourself all alone.
You use pple only for your benefit and that's not good. I know someone just like you. You better change your future gonna be empty.
