What color eyeliner is best for blue eyes?

Depends on type of blue. Really blue eyes can get away with pretty much all colours, grey blue should stick to duller colours, and blue with streaks of other colours should try to match one of the colours with either their streaky bits or the blue.
Depends on skin tone.
also depends on hair colour.

I would try Almay's collection for blue eyes. They have two different ones, one is called Bring Out and the other is called Play Up. I use the trio for Browns (cause I have brown eyes) and it looks really pretty.

silver for sure, or even try a white or a gray.
for an extra special look, try putting black "fish" v's in the corner of the eyes.

i have blue eyes and i use dark blue eyeliner and it looks sooooo goood.

black isn't the best.
i like purple the best because it acts like a black but its also really pretty on blue eyes.

i have blue eyes and PINK looks really good and just normal black neon green looks totally cool too
