Ever since my last period I am having an excess of urine in my panties sometimes with a little discharge. I am not having any pain when peeing or cramps. I have checked to see if my bladder has dropped but nothing is hanging. I don't pee when I laugh or sneeze. I am not having any kidney pains....... I had my colon removed two and a half years ago... I know there is a chance of pelvic colapse but I am not seeing anything that might indecate that... any ideas?

I mean my panties are soaked..I having to wear pads and change them like I am on my period...

It could be a number of reasons. Do you drink a lot of caffiene? It is a major bladder irritant and can cause incontinence. Are you a smoker or ever smoked? Smoking is the major cause of bladder cancer. You may have a tumor or stone in your bladder. The reason that would cause you to leak is the bladder sees it as a foreign object and is trying to get rid of it. Hysterectomy? Pregnant? It could also depend on your age. As you get older the bladder muschles get weaker and are less able to hold urine. I suggest you go sea a urologist and get set up for a cystoscopy. He or she can look inside your bladder and get down to the bottom of your problem. Incontinence is not a disease...it is a symptom. Take care!

Are you on any prescriptions?
In the past I have had this problem with certain prescriptions.
It stops when I stop the prescription. Read your side effects to see if that could be the problem.
Drink at least 6 16 ounce glasses or bottles of water daily and do Kegle exercises. This is the clutching of the vaginal muscles. those two things should help be sure your kidneys are healthy and help contract the urethra in case you can actually control the leaking.

Are you sure it's urine? Most women have a small amount of discharge normally. It could also mean that you are getting aroused. Without more info its hard for anyone to be able to give you exact answers
