dont shower for a couple days (if you have that much time. . . if not just grease your hair with vegitable oil or hair grease or aloe vera el, or moistuizer whatever you have) and then tie a patterned teatowel or dishcloth over your head, ger some womans nylons, if you dont have any oh well, then but some vertical striped pajama, rough them up a little, and cut them so theire shorts, and then make the edges jagged
, on top wear a beat up old T shirt, then a dress vest, and a paper eye patch held on with some string, or you can get them at the drug store, in the optical sction, they are used for people who have one strong eye and one weak eye, and they put it over the strong eye, so the waek eye gets stronger

If you have to shop for the stuff, then go to any thritft shop.

White shirt worn outside, with some kind of sash to gather it at the waist.

Black pants. Black boots (if you have them). You can tuck the pants legs into the boots. If you don't have boots, then shows will do.

Some kind of colorful bandana on your head. One large "gold" earring.

If you want, you can draw a mustache on your face with some eyebrow pencil (buy the cheapest one at the drug store). To remove it later use soap and water.

Make a sword for yourself out of cardboard. Paint the blade a silver color or cover it with aluminum foil secured in place with Scotch tape. Paint the handle black or cover it with some black electrical tape.

Have fun at the party.

Go to a thrift shop and pick up clothes that you can rip or stain to look well used. They may even have a plastic sword, hat, and large belt to complement the outfit.
