They are digging up my new lawn recently laid.

I wouldn't. The moles are eating grubs, which are much harder on your grass than the moles are. When you see a mole hill, just push it back down with your foot. When your yard gets low on grubs, the moles will move on.

Or get a cat. My cats bring home at several moles a week in the summer months. They won't eat a mole though, so you will have to throw away the carcasses. I just sweep them off the porch and under the bushes but hubby scoops them up with a dustpan, ties them into a plastic bag and puts them in the trash.

There are windmilly things that sit in the lawn ans as the wind blows the turning piece vibrates the soil a bit. Meant to send them away.

I have 2 cats and had a mole problem about 7 years ago. Seems to have disappeared now. Dunno why.

Or the stores sell some kind of trap. I have not used them

you could sprinkle cayanne pepper which moles don't like and you could plant a couple castor bean plants Which have the nickname mole plant because moles don't like them
