I was curious if during supervised visits if the notes they take also document what the custodial is bringing and if the custodial parent doesn't bring the necessary stuff for the visits (example: Diapers, Wipes, Food, Drinks. (this is stuff I was requested not to bring) ).

This takes place at a local YMCA just in case rule and regulations are different depending on the region or center.

Thank you in advance any information is greatly appreciated.

Actually sir (1st answerer) my visits are because I wasn't able to get access to my child until recently and since he has never seen me it was recommended that until a further court date I do my visits there while he gets used to me and to know me. You shouldn't be so quick to judge.

They document all of those scrapes on your knuckles.

My son's father also had supervised visits. I would suggest you still bring with you nappies (diapers), wipes, food and drinks just in case the other party forgot to bring them. And, the most important thing is, concentrate on your child and do not talk about the other party as they really do write everything down. Good luck.

Ask your attorney.

By the way, are you working on your personal problems that left you in this sad predicament? How is you sobriety?

Good luck.
