Not if it is based on weight. Sopme people at my store actually get a banana eat it and hand the cashiers the peel.... now what can they do with that?!

where i come from, you don't see locals do any such things. but when there are people who do that, namely my sister, eyebrows get raised. i mean, it's not like we're not paying them. we are. psh!

anyway, there was just once (at a town area) i needed a bottle of water badly because i was dehydrated and the queue was slow. so i opened it up and downed it half. when the cashier rang my transaction, i merely smiled at her. lol!
