I'd be willing to bet that they are looking for applicants that will have longevity and dedication - not "just a summer gig" and not "something to do to earn some extra $$." If it's a group interview, they'll probably be looking to fill all those positions and fitting the applicants into the most appropriate ones. You might consider something along the lines of, "To acquire a customer service position with @)(&*(#+." Your resume should make it obvious that you're a highly-skilled experienced customer service professional, and you can discuss your interest in working with animals during the interview. This may well be a job in which you could start in customer service and gradually move into another position.

"OBJECTIVE" I urge you to think about this idea as an employer. What do you have to offer ? Your skills and ambition need to match. You will need time to prove your skills! To impress the person who is hiring you sell yourself. This guy is hoping to make money from your efforts and if you just want a paycheck he will know it........in less than one minute. What makes you different than the last 15 ?You need to know why you are right for that position!!!!!!!! G.L.
