Great England may stand a chance of now qualifying. Does anybody else think "dirty" money is the reason? Am absolutely delighted with the results and now England just have to win against Croatia. BUT I feel deep down money is the reason - too much of it in English football for them not to qualify. I am not a great follower of football - but MORE THE POLITICS i.e. MONEY side of looking at the game - and I think somebody has been given a nice little back-hander for Israel to defeat Russia. Opinions please.

I think if that were the case then Romans millions would have done the talking more, No I think the Israeli's were playing for pride and for the chance of getting scouted by a EPL manager who would undoubtedly be watching tonight.

Let me tell u Sports it's all about money!!!! If you don't believe me ask Nike or Adidas. To answer your question, no Israel was the better team. Yes, is always good for business when England qualifies for any tournament. But if England qualifies its not because its the best team, but because Russia and Croatia blew their chances.

Its everything to do with money. The amount the players in this country are played. Too much. They all think they are bigger than the England team and it shows,
